Sinoper Consulting was founded by Andy Randall.

 

Andy has extensive experience across Retail, Service businesses and Software. He is a strong leader with a proven track record of achievement in PLC, Private Equity and International business.

 

He has operated as Chair, CEO and COO of businesses as well as providing consultancy to organisations from small start-ups, to PE backed ventures and to FTSE listed Groups.

 

He has extensive Non Executive experience on Industry and Government backed advisory boards and governance groups.

 

In addition to his Sinoper role he currently Chairs a fast-growing SaaS business which operates in the UK, North America and Europe. He provides M&A support to a major PLC and he sits on a prestigious Industry Board.
